Founded in the summer of 1991 in the Cleveland suburbs by two high-school locker neighbers, the duo has gone through several
incarnations and name changes. From 1991-1995 as "Chisel Slap", 1995 as "Shecky", 1995-1999 as "10 foot 4" and as "Congratulations on Your Success" since.
Dormant from 1999 to 2010, COYS is now actively producing new music again.
